Matt allowed the current tenants to have pets, but after the clean up from the last one, I have decided [with his blessing] that there will not be anymore pets after they go! It can be a great thing and very passive income, as long as you have the right tenants. Our new folks are military, and there are very specific actions that we can take if they don't pay or trash the place. We just had a bozo to begin with. Lesson learned! Matt was too nice to the guy - you really have to STICK to your GUNS and follow through with the decisions you make! Yes we have decided there will be NO more pets!
